Architect, build, and own AWS infrastructure supporting highly available SaaS products. Drive cloud migrations, automation, scalability, security, observability, and reliability improvements while partnering with developers and cross-functional teams. Participate in weekly on-call rotations, lead root cause analysis, and eliminate recurring operational issues. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, configuration management, monitoring, GitOps, and multiple programming and scripting languages.

Design and operate scalable, secure, highly available AWS infrastructure for a revenue management platform. Build infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, monitoring, and developer tools; advise on architecture, improve reliability and security, troubleshoot 24/7 incidents, lead root cause analyses, support AI-enabled DevOps workflows, and mentor engineers. The role participates in a weekly on-call rotation and is remote in the US or Canada.

Designs and owns global digital marketing strategies across acquisition and customer expansion. Responsibilities include campaign architecture, paid media, ABM, nurture, conversion optimization, regional localization, budget allocation, performance analysis, marketing technology improvements, data hygiene, and AI-enabled campaign operations. The role makes commercial trade-off decisions to maximize pipeline and expansion revenue, collaborates with sales and creative teams, and defines account-level measurement frameworks.
