Own full-cycle enterprise sales for Duetto and HotStats, building pipeline, running deals end-to-end with ownership groups and brand stakeholders, delivering tailored demos and proposals, negotiating to close, and partnering with Marketing and Customer Success to grow pipeline and win rates.

As an IT Support Specialist for EMEA, you'll provide tier 1 and tier 2 support across various platforms, manage user accounts and access permissions, deploy software, improve help desk workflows, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
