Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across LATAM through email, phone, social media, and events. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, research target accounts, tailor outreach, schedule meetings and demos, and provide sales teams with detailed prospect context. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing on territory planning and campaigns, maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement records, and use AI-assisted tools to improve prospecting and pipeline reporting.

Own expansion across assigned Silver accounts and hunt new long-tail hotel prospects in APAC. Manage full sales cycle, run outreach campaigns with BDR/Marketing, align with field sales, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasting, and use AI tools to accelerate prospecting and outreach.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will oversee end-to-end feature delivery, engage in architectural decisions, drive migration to microservices, mentor peers, and enhance AI-driven workflows for software development.
