Build and scale Duetti's quality engineering: design automated testing frameworks and regression suites for web, API, and backend systems; integrate tests into CI/CD; define release validation, quality gates, metrics, and processes; perform exploratory testing and cross-team partnership to reduce incidents and improve release confidence.

Lead and execute critical backend engineering initiatives while remaining hands-on. Design and build scalable, reliable cloud-native services, participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve processes. Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent, align teams with product and business goals, and help define roadmap, OKRs, and operating procedures to scale the engineering organization.

Own an internal product pod end-to-end to build tools that source, evaluate, acquire, manage, and optimize music catalogs. Define roadmap, translate ambiguous business problems into product direction, set and track success metrics, manage engineering and stakeholder relationships across Operations, Finance, and Investments, drive launches and adoption, and present outcomes to executives.
