Lead account nurturing and engagement strategies for priority artist accounts. Build and maintain playbooks, cadences, and tooling (HubSpot) to scale A&R relationship management. Prepare account briefs and run strategy sessions with A&Rs, develop standards, frameworks, and measurement to track long-term relationship health, and partner with ops and leadership to iterate processes and tooling.

Lead and execute critical backend engineering initiatives while remaining hands-on. Design and build scalable, reliable cloud-native services, participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve processes. Recruit, mentor, and grow engineering talent, align teams with product and business goals, and help define roadmap, OKRs, and operating procedures to scale the engineering organization.

Identify and engage emerging artists, manage the full sales cycle for catalog-financing deals, generate leads, build industry relationships, represent Duetti at events, and coordinate with underwriting, legal, and cross-functional teams to close and integrate deals.
