Teams at Duet

Own the 0-to-1 productization of Duet’s new clinic launch experience. Shadow operational teams, identify launch bottlenecks, prioritize the product roadmap, run patient acquisition experiments, and build practice-facing workflows, automation, and cohort experiences. Partner closely with engineers to ship and iterate, measure launch speed, acquisition economics, automation, and NP satisfaction, then transition stable capabilities to the core product team.

Lead partnerships with health plans, manage negotiation and implementation, develop strategies for value-based care, and represent Duet at events.

The Chief of Staff will support the CEO and leadership team, manage stakeholder relationships, build content and communicate data-driven insights, and drive organization within the team. They will also lead special projects and help in recruiting and team culture initiatives.
