Own and build backend-heavy, full-stack revenue-cycle products that move claims from capture through collection. Design and harden integrations with EHRs, practice management systems, clearinghouses and the data warehouse. Build customer-facing billing dashboards, automate claims/denials workflows, ensure reliability with monitoring and on-call incident response, and maintain high-quality, well-tested production systems.
