Teams at Duet

Lead partnerships with health plans, manage negotiation and implementation, develop strategies for value-based care, and represent Duet at events.

The Chief of Staff will support the CEO and leadership team, manage stakeholder relationships, build content and communicate data-driven insights, and drive organization within the team. They will also lead special projects and help in recruiting and team culture initiatives.

Own and build reliable integrations and data pipelines between ambulatory EHRs, clearinghouses, and the platform. Implement FHIR/HL7v2/X12-based connectors, improve reliability with observability and automated recovery, participate in on-call incident response, and partner with product to ensure timely, accurate data delivery and schema evolution. Define integration standards and documentation for future engineers.
