Lead day-to-day production operations across Dude Perfect content, managing logistics, crew, budgets, timelines, and safety from pre-production through post handoff. Serve as operational liaison to creative, legal, and finance teams; develop and enforce production processes; train and guide producers; maintain documentation, capacity visibility, and production spend oversight to keep projects on budget and on schedule.

Lead People operations for a fast-growing entertainment brand: ensure HR compliance, manage employee relations and benefits, implement and optimize HRIS, improve onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle processes, support frontline managers, and drive people programs like performance reviews and engagement.

Lead sourcing, evaluating, and developing on-camera talent across collaborators and external prospects. Manage talent testing, provide constructive feedback, partner with producers on long-term strategy, and integrate new creators into Dude Perfect's content ecosystem.
