Leads Duck Creek Technologies’ Intelligence function, overseeing analytics engineering, business intelligence, reporting, dashboards, metrics, and insight generation. Builds scalable analytics platforms and governance standards, partners with product, AI, engineering, and business leaders, and translates complex data into actionable recommendations. Manages analytics teams and advances enterprise data-driven decision-making, operational performance, and product development.

Lead technical customer success for assigned accounts by coordinating stakeholders, guiding solution architecture, managing cloud environments and integrations, supporting technical escalations, and ensuring adherence to platform standards. The role collaborates with implementation partners and internal teams on deployment strategies, automation, operational efficiency, and customer business objectives. It requires extensive P&C insurance software, solution architecture, Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and software development experience.

Drive new business and expand strategic accounts across the UK and Europe, particularly France, London Market, specialty insurance, and reinsurance. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, manage Salesforce pipeline forecasting, build C-level relationships, develop account strategies, coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, and connect Duck Creek software and services to customer priorities. French and English fluency are essential. The role is hybrid in London with travel up to 50%.
