Provide fundamental enrichment instruction, maintain classroom management, track and report student progress, perform related duties, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent standing.

Support administration and supervision of an elementary school: manage HR activities, daily operations, budgeting/purchasing, safety/emergency procedures, student discipline, communications, professional development, and collaborate on accreditation, data analysis, and school improvement initiatives.

Supervise and guide children and staff; assist Program Manager with daily operations, program development, compliance, and community relations. Plan activities, ensure child safety, collaborate with families and providers, and provide staff coaching and training.
