Supports customer opportunities through equipment specification, system design, engineering documentation, and project execution. Evaluates customer processes, develops equipment solutions, coordinates installation and startup, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, and provides technical training. Collaborates with Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field teams while supporting water treatment, washer, lubrication, and chemical application systems. The role requires significant customer-site travel and adherence to safety standards.

Leads strategy execution and transformation initiatives across commercial and operations functions. Acts as a strategic partner and AI-enabled Chief of Staff to revenue and operations executives, coordinating stakeholders, aligning priorities, monitoring KPIs, investigating root causes, driving corrective actions, and tracking measurable business improvements. Develops AI-enabled operating workflows to improve insight generation, operating reviews, decision-making, and accountability.

Formulate and improve metalworking fluids, lubricants, and related chemical products through laboratory research and experimental design. Support commercialization, testing, raw-material sourcing, production scale-up, quality investigations, and root-cause analysis. Develop technical documentation and procedures, collaborate with procurement and quality teams, engage customers to understand applications, and mentor colleagues on formulation and R&D best practices. Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
