Support Canadian HR operations including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and leave administration, HRIS (Workday) and SharePoint maintenance, payroll data support, employee relations, HR reporting, and HR projects (performance cycles, engagement, DEI). Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and help ensure compliance with HR policies and legislative changes.

Support customer equipment specification, system design, and project execution from concept through startup. Perform on-site evaluations, contribute to layouts and documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, assist with installation/startup, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems, and provide technical training and continuous improvement for water treatment, washers, lube, and chemical application systems.

Drive new business and profitability in the specialty chemicals market by identifying prospects, building relationships, negotiating and closing complex sales, and managing a robust pipeline. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, monitor market trends and competitors, report KPIs to leadership, and travel up to 50% to visit customers and prospects.
