DuBois Chemicals Benefits Overview

Administer and improve sales commission and bonus programs, including calculations, accruals, payroll submissions, quota administration, reconciliations, reporting, and financial modeling. Partner with Finance, Commercial leadership, HR, Payroll, Accounting, and technology teams to ensure accurate compensation processes. Investigate discrepancies, maintain controls and audit documentation, develop dashboards, protect confidential information, and identify automation and process-improvement opportunities.

Manages procurement and purchase order replenishment for raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and equipment. Sources and negotiates with suppliers, maintains inventory levels, monitors lead times, manages supplier performance, and supports production requirements. Responsibilities include placing and adjusting purchase orders, optimizing costs, handling claims and returns, developing contingency plans, enforcing procurement policies, and preparing procurement and inventory reports. Collaborates with manufacturing, operations, planning, warehousing, quality, and commercial teams.

Serves as the primary technical advisor for paper mill customer accounts, supporting specialty chemical adoption, optimization, issue resolution, and retention. Builds customer relationships, conducts technical check-ins and business reviews, develops account plans with Sales, documents service findings in CRM, and collaborates with R&D and Portfolio teams. Requires paper and pulp chemical experience, technical testing ability, strong communication, and up to 25% travel. The employee must live within one hour of Somerset, Maine.
