Provides customer support through email and live chat for an e-commerce marketplace. Responsibilities include resolving product and service issues, maintaining product and policy knowledge, escalating complex cases, meeting quality and SLA standards, and documenting customer interactions. The role also analyzes customer service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Manage and optimize paid media, customer lifecycle, and digital marketing campaigns. Analyze performance, ROI, trends, and KPIs; automate reporting and deliver strategic insights to management. Collaborate across departments, lead complex projects, solve business and regulatory challenges, mentor and manage team members, and recruit and train performance marketing staff. Develop end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools; build dashboards, define KPIs, improve data governance and quality, validate reference data, test workflow solutions, and deliver actionable insights and reports to cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, sales, finance, and product.
