Build and own DubClub's lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy for creators and subscribers. Design onboarding, activation, retention, cross-sell, reactivation, and loyalty programs across email, push, SMS, and in-app. Create behavioral segmentation, personalized journeys, experimentation, analytics, dashboards, and CRM platform optimization. Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creator Success to automate scalable programs, improve retention and lifetime value, and influence product roadmap using AI and automation.
