Manages procurement for resort operations, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract compliance, purchase orders, quality reviews, cost reductions, negotiations, supplier performance, and shipment coordination. Supervises the Purchasing Supervisor, ensures policy compliance, resolves supplier issues, and supports smooth resort operations. Requires hospitality experience, strong English and communication skills, Materials Control System familiarity, and MS Office proficiency.

Manage procurement of goods and services, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery tracking, supplier records, compliance, and audit-ready documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery, policy adherence, and cost-effective purchasing.

Coordinates learning and development programs, including training schedules, orientations, attendance, records, mandatory training completion, calendars, reports, and learning materials. Supports training delivery, onboarding, cross-training, and development initiatives while coordinating with internal trainers, external providers, and departments. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, problem-solving skills, and English and Arabic fluency.
