Support SBU marketing plan and campaigns; produce marketing collateral (brochures, vouchers); qualify and route inquiries; recommend promotions and packages to boost occupancy; monitor website, social and digital channels to ensure up-to-date marketing materials.

The role supports the Group Chief Technology Officer by managing the Technology agenda, coordinating strategic initiatives, performance monitoring, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Supervise daily operations of the Sunset Lounge, uphold Jumeirah service standards, deliver personalised guest experiences, coach and support staff, monitor service flow and F&B presentation, assist with scheduling, cost control and event coordination, and liaise with kitchen and F&B leadership to ensure quality and safety.
