Leads hotel sales activities by conducting daily client calls, site inspections, competitor surveys, account entertainment, corporate market briefings, and weekly sales planning. Builds relationships with key accounts, promotes the hotel’s event and hospitality offerings, coordinates introductions to senior management, and supports business development through structured outreach and client engagement.

Manages procurement for resort operations, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract compliance, purchase orders, quality reviews, cost reductions, negotiations, supplier performance, and shipment coordination. Supervises the Purchasing Supervisor, ensures policy compliance, resolves supplier issues, and supports smooth resort operations. Requires hospitality experience, strong English and communication skills, Materials Control System familiarity, and MS Office proficiency.

The Senior Executive - Customer Engagement drives customer satisfaction and engagement strategies, resolves inquiries, and analyzes feedback for community management.
