Own Accounting Intelligence and DualEntry’s AI platform, including the agent framework, retrieval, shared AI services, and evaluation systems. Set the roadmap, define technical trade-offs with engineering and design, and drive outcomes such as retention, activation, and expansion. Ship customer-facing LLM and agentic features, engage customers weekly, prototype solutions, write specifications, and improve team processes and tooling.

Lead strategy and roadmap for AI-native ERP product areas. Own agentic, ML, and LLM workflows; data ingestion and synchronization; reliability evaluations; and measurable outcomes such as retention, activation, and expansion. Drive ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through launch, partner with engineering and design leadership on technical trade-offs, and improve product development processes. The role requires deep experience shipping AI-powered features to production and managing complex B2B SaaS products.

Own DualEntry’s product messaging, competitive positioning, customer insights, sales collateral, product launches, and multi-channel go-to-market campaigns. Lead content, copy, and design contributors while writing marketing copy hands-on. Build analytics and dashboards to measure performance and manage campaigns across events, webinars, email, digital channels, and thought leadership. The role requires 4+ years of high-growth B2B SaaS marketing experience, with fintech, ERP, or accounting product marketing preferred.
