Lead executive client relationships, strategic technology planning, technology assessments, and long-term roadmaps for senior living organizations. Advise executive teams on infrastructure, cybersecurity, modernization, and connected experiences while translating business goals into technology strategies. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Sales on execution, strategic pursuits, presentations, and onboarding. Help develop and scale the company’s vCIO and technology advisory offerings.

Provides on-site technology support to senior living residents, including Wi-Fi, voice, television, personal devices, smart-home setups, onboarding, training, and troubleshooting. Maintains inventory and logs, supports the community IT team, mentors resident volunteers, and delivers polished, compassionate service. Requires broad hands-on experience across consumer and business technology, strong communication skills, physical ability to handle equipment, and professionalism in resident homes and clinical areas.
