Leads serious injury and fatality prevention consulting engagements, serving as a senior client advisor and overseeing project quality, delivery, governance, and risk management. Develops SIF methodologies, thought leadership, proposals, and safety and operational risk solutions. Coaches project teams, supports business development, integrates SIF principles into operational excellence and ESG programs, and engages stakeholders from frontline leaders to C-suite executives. Travel of 70% or more is required within the United States.

Support oil and gas clients with operational risk management and process safety projects. Responsibilities include client assessments, workshops, risk studies, audits, gap assessments, framework evaluations, operational data analysis, and improvement initiatives. The consultant develops reports and presentations, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and helps implement sustainable safety and operational performance solutions across high-hazard facilities.

Leads business development and market expansion in China, builds senior client relationships, and grows the consulting pipeline. Oversees large-scale operational excellence engagements, manages delivery quality and client impact, leads and develops consulting teams, and contributes to regional thought leadership. The role requires strong commercial, analytical, leadership, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, plus experience in management consulting and China’s industrial or asset-intensive sectors.
