Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues, documenting and escalating complex problems, managing tickets in an incident management tool, following diagrams/instructions to repair or set up systems, and ensuring timely, accurate, customer-focused responses.

Own end-to-end delivery of software projects from contract signing to client sign-off. Manage client communications, coordinate internal stakeholders, create project documentation (plans, SOWs, weekly status), track timelines and scope, prioritize pipeline, manage change request flags with the solution architect, and ensure compliance with company processes throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Backend Engineer intern, you'll design, develop, and test backend systems and APIs, collaborate with teams, write maintainable code, and troubleshoot issues.
