Supports the Artistic Operations Department with concert, rehearsal, and event planning and execution. Responsibilities include shadowing concert and backstage activities, preparing artist itineraries and contracts, researching programming trends, attending planning meetings, creating departmental documents, and providing administrative support. The intern must be enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree, eligible for course credit, available approximately 15 hours weekly, and demonstrate strong organization, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
