Own and improve Salesforce and go-to-market systems, including automation, integrations, CPQ migration, quoting workflows, product catalogs, pricing rules, data structures, and reporting processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to scope and implement scalable solutions. Administer AI-powered tools, document workflows, conduct training, and support cross-functional strategic decisions.

Designs, implements, and manages AWS infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code automation. Partners with application engineering, quality, security, and compliance teams to deliver reliable platform solutions. Owns platform stability, observability, incident response, security best practices, and zero-downtime deployments. Participates in on-call rotations, uses metrics for decision-making, and supports application architecture decisions while continuously improving DevOps processes and automation.

Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts, driving platform adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal success. Train customers on Dscout functionality and research methodology, advise on research designs, mitigate churn risks, identify growth opportunities, and support research execution. Collaborate with sales, renewal, product, engineering, and research teams while advocating for customer needs and contributing feedback to improve the platform. Travel up to 10% for customer visits.
