Lead the mobile engineering team in evolving iOS and Android applications toward an AI-native, thin-client architecture. Define participant API and platform direction, contribute Python to backend services, establish AI-assisted development processes, improve DevOps and continuous delivery, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Product and Design. The role requires principal-level technical leadership, product focus, system architecture expertise, and hands-on use of AI coding agents.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, KPI dashboards, and reporting packages for senior leadership and the Board. Responsibilities include variance analysis, margin and cost-efficiency evaluation, ROI analysis, growth planning, and assessing financial performance across the company. The role partners cross-functionally, reports to the CFO, and requires strong financial modeling, communication, presentation, and process-improvement skills.

Own and improve Salesforce and go-to-market systems, including automation, integrations, CPQ migration, quoting workflows, product catalogs, pricing rules, data structures, and reporting processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to scope and implement scalable solutions. Administer AI-powered tools, document workflows, conduct training, and support cross-functional strategic decisions.
