Partner with Account Directors to lead discovery, uncover customer pain points, shape research use cases, and deliver customized SaaS platform demonstrations. Support customer evaluations across research design, recruiting, fielding, and analysis; align buying committees around technical wins; and advise on onboarding and adoption. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Research, and Customer Success on collateral, thought leadership, product feedback, and customer insights. The role includes approximately 25% travel.

Advise clients on using the Dscout platform to design, recruit, field, and analyze UX and consumer research projects. Train users, recommend research methodologies, support participants, create educational materials, assist with billing and administration, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate client feedback internally to improve the product and user experience.

Manage and mentor Research Advisors while supporting customer UX research projects across planning, recruiting, fielding, analysis, and engagement. Own team utilization and CSAT metrics, improve delivery processes, develop enablement and AI-driven resources, participate in hiring and onboarding, and collaborate with directors to shape customer service operations and team growth.

Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines and evaluation systems that power production AI features and internal analytics. Ensure data quality across ingestion, modeling, and reporting, collaborate with ML and analytics teams, deploy and monitor ML systems, and establish standards for data work and evaluation.

Build and maintain executive relationships at enterprise clients to win new business, expand accounts, drive renewals, demonstrate ROI, partner with Customer Success, and inform product and GTM strategy.

Build and improve production LLM agents and AI features through evaluation, experimentation, observability, prompting, context engineering, tool use, and workflow design. Develop backend services, APIs, data models, and feedback pipelines that make agent behavior reliable and measurable. Investigate performance issues, run staged rollouts and production replays, define quality standards, and partner with Product, Data Science, and Sales to deliver business outcomes with appropriate privacy, security, and human-oversight safeguards.

Own the AI product roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration. Define model evaluation standards, failure modes, rollback plans, and agent-autonomy boundaries. Prototype and ship production AI features, influence architecture, and apply prompting and context design. Collaborate with Design, Research, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while tracking quality, latency, cost, adoption, and growth metrics.

Build and own full-stack product features from ambiguous problems through deployment. Partner with Product and Design, make UX decisions, integrate LLM and agent capabilities into trustworthy product experiences, talk with users, instrument releases, and iterate based on usage. The role requires strong product judgment, user empathy, independent execution, and comfort using AI coding tools while collaborating with AI engineers on model behavior.

Lead customer success and research efforts: train and advise customers on Dscout, design and run qualitative research projects, drive adoption and expansion, manage 1–3 Research Advisors, and surface customer feedback to Product.
