Manage end-to-end payroll including data input, validation, payments, reconciliations, statutory reporting and audit readiness. Ensure compliance with tax, labor and GDPR requirements, maintain HR/payroll integrations, analyze payroll data, and drive improvements in processes and controls while working with HR and Finance stakeholders.

Operate production and material-handling equipment safely while meeting quality, waste, productivity, and customer-service targets. Complete scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks, follow safe systems of work, report incidents or unsafe behavior, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role works rotating shifts in a corrugated packaging production environment.

Plan daily production schedules and UK-wide transport operations, including route optimisation, load utilisation, vehicle allocation, and inbound and outbound goods flow. Coordinate with manufacturing, customer service, site teams, and external hauliers to support on-time, in-full delivery. Manage workload peaks, paperwork, system scheduling, transport compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce bottlenecks and waste.
