The Head of International Tax will lead and execute the global tax strategy, providing expert advice, managing due diligence, and mentoring the tax team.

Serve as a liaison between Recycling business stakeholders and IT to gather and prioritise requirements, map and optimise processes, design fit-for-purpose SAP/ERP solutions, support vendor selection, coordinate UAT, and drive change management and delivery across EMEA.

Lead the strategic direction, operations, and performance of DS Smith's EMEA websites. Build roadmaps, centralise governance, run A/B testing/experimentation, drive SEO and analytics, ensure compliance (GDPR), manage budget and a small central team, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve UX, conversion, and localisation across markets.
