Performs and oversees analytical chemistry testing using HPLC, GC, ICP, and related methods. Supports R&D through experimental design, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and technical reporting. Acts as the laboratory’s primary technical contact for customers, audits, and internal stakeholders, providing commercially relevant recommendations. Requires expertise in food contact materials, packaging regulations, laboratory management, and Spanish and English communication.

Leads cluster-wide packaging design and innovation strategy, manages a team of packaging designers, and drives customer-focused innovation projects. The role oversees design tools, KPIs, regulatory compliance, testing, and manufacturing alignment while coaching the team and supporting business growth. It requires strong leadership, change management, commercial awareness, communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% across sites and customers.
