The role analyzes operational KPIs, identifies opportunities to improve fibre yield, quality, capacity, energy, and cost, supports major OCC preparation projects, evaluates emerging technologies, manages supplier and RFQ processes, develops CAPEX plans, and coordinates implementation across mills while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
