Lead and build a cluster technical function across nine UK packaging sites, managing a dispersed team to provide customer-facing technical expertise, escalation management, KPI governance, cross-site trend analysis, continuous improvement, trials support, and sustainability initiatives while protecting site ownership boundaries.

Design and implement manufacturable packaging solutions by translating customer requirements into technical designs, drawings, prototypes, specifications, and production approvals. Manage design enquiries, tooling orders, NPI activities, manufacturing trials, pallet plans, and packaging optimization projects. Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, commercial, innovation, and customer teams while supporting efficiency, waste reduction, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
