Teams at Drybar

Provides blowouts, hair styling, braids, updos, finishing services, and exceptional customer service at a Drybar salon. Stylists must work at least two shifts weekly, including one weekend shift, and be available to open or close. The role includes paid training, commission opportunities, flexible scheduled shifts, and career growth paths. Cosmetology students may apply.

Welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and phones, updates guest profiles, resolves scheduling issues, supports stylists, maintains retail displays and shop cleanliness, and creates a positive salon experience. The role requires dependable weekend availability, strong communication, multitasking, organization, and at least one year of customer service or guest-focused experience.

Provides a welcoming client experience in a fast-paced Drybar salon, manages shop flow, communicates with clients and stylists, sells memberships, meets sales goals, maintains shop duties, and supports a positive team environment. Requires strong communication, teamwork, a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to stand for 6–8-hour shifts.
