Supports the company’s transportation partner network through onboarding, documentation, compliance, relationship management, ride coverage, rate coordination, performance monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and process improvement. The role evaluates partner availability, service quality, costs, and market coverage while coordinating with internal teams to ensure rides are fulfilled, compliance is maintained, and the partner network grows effectively.
