Supports and scales AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure in a FedRAMP-certified environment. Responsibilities include monitoring, production deployments, OS patching, incident response, troubleshooting, SLA management, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, security tooling, vulnerability remediation, and dashboard development. The role collaborates with DevOps, support, QA, and other stakeholders and participates in rotating Friday evening production deployments.

Owns a commercial territory by prospecting, closing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Builds executive relationships with IT and security leaders, leads discovery and product demonstrations, manages forecasting and pipeline development, and partners with Systems Engineers, Customer Success, and channel partners to support renewals, expansion, and customer retention.

Analyze complex, multi-source data to address business issues across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Renewals. Build dashboards and reports, translate business questions into data specifications, identify process improvements, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The role also supports automation, workflow enhancements, business recommendations, and collaboration with technical BI teams in a SaaS environment.
