Provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership, manage calendars and travel, coordinate cross-functional projects, prepare communications and board materials, plan and execute events, track action items, improve workflows, and support special projects to enable rapid company growth.

Own and execute life-science product marketing: ABM and lifecycle campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, messaging experiments, and customer proof to drive adoption and revenue.

Own and run end-to-end accounting: monthly/annual close, GAAP financial statements, ASC 606 subscription revenue, billing and collections, cash, payables, payroll, controls, systems integrations, audits, forecasting, and lead the accounting team while partnering with leadership and investors.
