Provide general administrative support including mailroom operations, filing, processing payables, maintaining petty cash, vendor compliance tasks, preparing investor correspondence, supporting office functions, and backing up department duties. Requires strong written/oral communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Provide day-to-day support for Yardi and related property-management software: troubleshoot issues, assist with configuration, testing, upgrades, data transitions, and third-party integrations; create knowledge-base content and collaborate with accounting, operations, property management teams and vendors to improve processes and system efficiency.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to regional leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, reports, proposals, meetings, and confidential communications. Coordinate projects, compile operational and financial documentation, support RFPs and business development, execute events, use Office 365/Yardi/AI tools, and liaise across departments and external stakeholders.

Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support technical accounting and complex GL reconciliations, assist month-end/year-end close, budgeting/forecasting, audits, internal controls, ERP/process improvements, and cross-functional financial analysis to inform leadership decisions.

Lead multifamily marketing strategy, technology, AI adoption, digital advertising, compliance, analytics, vendor relationships, and the Marketing team to drive occupancy, brand consistency, and portfolio performance across Drucker + Falk communities.

Senior operational leader responsible for strategic oversight and financial performance of a multifamily portfolio. Lead regional property teams to drive occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, resident satisfaction, capital planning, compliance, and business development while partnering with ownership on asset strategies and due diligence.
