Provide high-level administrative support to multiple directors: manage calendars, prepare due diligence packages and RFPs, coordinate travel and events, reconcile expenses, handle confidential correspondence, compile complex proposals/reports, perform research, and act as liaison for property management and business development.

Manage front office operations including reception, mail, purchasing, equipment service agreements, petty cash, investor portals, owner distributions, Visa card setup, and supervise administrative staff.

Provide general administrative support including mailroom management, filing, processing payables, maintaining petty cash, vendor compliance, investor mailings, office equipment upkeep, and backup administrative duties. Requires independent work and occasional overtime.

Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support technical accounting and complex GL reconciliations, assist month-end/year-end close, budgeting/forecasting, audits, internal controls, ERP/process improvements, and cross-functional financial analysis to inform leadership decisions.

Senior operational leader responsible for strategic oversight and financial performance of a multifamily portfolio. Lead regional property teams to drive occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, resident satisfaction, capital planning, compliance, and business development while partnering with ownership on asset strategies and due diligence.

Lead multifamily marketing strategy, technology, AI adoption, digital advertising, compliance, analytics, vendor relationships, and the Marketing team to drive occupancy, brand consistency, and portfolio performance across Drucker + Falk communities.
