Establish and scale software quality practices for AI-driven cybersecurity products. Design tests for deterministic and probabilistic behavior, integrate validations into CI/release pipelines, expand test methodologies (integration, system, stress, workflow), maintain test environments and observability, and build tooling and fixtures for repeatable test conditions while collaborating with engineering to shift quality-left.

Work with strategic customers, TAMs, Product, and Engineering to operationalize and tune Dropzone AI in SOC environments: review investigations, configure workflows and escalations, draft tuning recommendations, produce effectiveness reports, and build repeatable playbooks to increase trust, adoption, and measurability.

The Federal Sales Engineer partners with sales teams to drive technical discovery, deliver demonstrations, and design solutions for federal clients, translating technical concepts for various audiences.

The AI Research Engineer will design next-generation AI systems, focusing on agent architecture, memory engineering, and performance benchmarking, while translating research to scalable systems.
