Cleans and maintains hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance or safety issues, handling lost-and-found items, responding to guest requests, and following cleanliness, security, and guest-service standards. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Leads daily hotel operations while driving sales and business development. Oversees front office, guest services, Bistro and food-and-beverage standards, staffing, training, budgeting, labor controls, QA, and guest satisfaction. Develops corporate, group, sports, meeting, and local accounts through prospecting, sales calls, site tours, proposals, negotiations, and follow-up. Partners with the General Manager on pricing, revenue strategies, financial performance, and hotel growth.

Supervises hotel front desk operations and staff, including scheduling, training, performance management, check-in and check-out processes, guest issue resolution, cash and credit transactions, recordkeeping, and service standards. Coordinates with other departments to support guest satisfaction, maintains an organized front desk, assists with promotional efforts, and enforces hotel safety and security policies.
