Support and lead daily operations across hotel restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. Oversee banquet execution, drive revenue via promotions, manage staff scheduling/coaching, ensure compliance with health and brand standards, control costs and inventory, collaborate with culinary on menus, handle guest issues, and support budgeting and forecasting to maximize profitability.

Perform maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, guestrooms, and pool. Respond to guest requests and alarms, perform trade tasks (carpentry, painting), and assist with shuttle driving as needed.

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to hotel standards. Change linens, replenish supplies, vacuum, dust, mop, report maintenance issues, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and assist with deep-cleaning or special projects as needed to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
