Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting spaces). Support housekeeping by delivering supplies, emptying trash, restocking, reporting maintenance issues, following safety/PPE procedures, and assisting with events and deep-clean projects.

Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Make beds, dust, vacuum, restock linens and toiletries, report maintenance or safety issues, follow security protocols, and respond to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay.

Greet and seat guests, present menus, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, monitor guest satisfaction, handle payments, maintain dining area cleanliness, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality service.
