Manages hotel catering and banquet sales by securing new accounts, servicing clients, achieving revenue goals, conducting solicitation calls and sales tours, growing account relationships, monitoring market trends, and supporting promotions. The role works with the Director of Sales and hotel departments to meet sales, revenue, and market-share objectives while maintaining strong client and community relationships.

Leads hotel sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue, occupancy, market share, and profitability goals. Manages sales, catering, and event teams; develops budgets and integrated marketing campaigns; negotiates client contracts; monitors accounts and market trends; conducts sales calls and client tours; trains and evaluates staff; and builds relationships with community, industry, and marketing partners. Weekly travel is required.
