Oversee front desk operations, manage and train staff, ensure smooth check-in/check-out and reservation processes, resolve guest complaints, coordinate with departments, maintain accurate billing and front desk procedures, and uphold guest satisfaction and appearance of the front desk area.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting spaces); assist housekeeping with linens, supplies, and equipment; respond to guest requests; empty trash; restock supplies; report maintenance or safety issues; follow health and safety procedures; support events and deep-cleaning tasks.

Lead group and banquet sales for the hotel, develop corporate and negotiated account business, manage key accounts, support sales team, coordinate with operations and marketing, negotiate contracts, analyze account performance, and prepare sales reports and forecasts to drive revenue.
