Manages daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, leave, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy administration. Advises leadership on strategic workforce initiatives, supervises HR support staff, tracks recruitment and personnel KPIs, conducts investigations and disciplinary processes, and maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Lead day-to-day multi-state operations across HR, IT, site development, franchising and corporate locations. Build scalable operating systems, drive EBITDA and location growth, set and monitor KPIs, execute new-location development and M&A, perform site visits, and develop operational leaders.

Oversee and deliver sales and leadership training for franchise locations, monitor regional franchise performance using KPIs and rubrics, coach franchise management, ensure policy compliance, travel between base and franchises, and report region performance to stakeholders.
