Responsibilities include revenue expansion, retention, trade monitoring, trade support, settlement coordination, issue escalation, partner feedback, executive engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, product, technology, and operations teams. The role supports Asia-related trading activities and requires Mandarin and English fluency, strong financial technology experience, and substantial trade support expertise.

Build and optimize pricing and order-handling logic for an ultra-low-latency trading engine. Translate quantitative models into deterministic production code, improve concurrency and performance, design state persistence and failover mechanisms, write comprehensive tests, and support production operations. Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and quant researchers on trading-system correctness, auditability, capacity planning, and incident response.
