Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing, appointments, and purchases while managing the full sales cycle. Support dealership operations through cash handling, inventory management, audits, documentation, compliance, opening and closing procedures, and customer service. Train new advisors, complete company initiatives, and progress through certification levels with increasing sales, operational, inventory, and leadership responsibilities.

Supports dealership sales and operations by greeting customers, presenting vehicles and financing basics, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, assisting with test drives, processing paperwork, maintaining showroom and inventory presentation, and supporting daily dealership workflows. The role includes cross-training across dealership functions and progressing through certification levels with increasing sales and operational responsibility.

Reviews and adjudicates GAP claims by verifying documents, calculating the correct amount to apply toward loans or return to customers, resolving issues, meeting time-sensitive deadlines, and communicating with customers and internal teams. The role requires strong problem-solving, emotional resilience, teamwork, and goal orientation in a fast-paced remote environment.
