Inbound Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating with individuals who have experienced data loss, providing information on the data recovery process, and building value in the services offered by the company. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and analyze customer needs. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for staying current with technology.

The data recovery technician is responsible for diagnosing customer hard drives, moving jobs to other groups, backing up data, and managing data on servers. They should have strong attention to detail, competency with computers, and typing skills.
