Leads the Infrastructure Services team of Solution Engineers and Solutions Architects delivering AI/HPC infrastructure solutions. Oversees customer engagements from pre-sales architecture and proof-of-concept execution through deployment, benchmarking, and operations. Acts as the senior technical escalation point, partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering, guides performance optimization, develops deployment processes, manages technology partnerships, creates technical content, and recruits and mentors team members.

Leads strategy, architecture, roadmap, lifecycle management, validation, manufacturing, and deployment of high-end switch hardware platforms for AI networking fabrics. Partners with engineering, ODMs, contract manufacturers, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customers to define specifications, manage trade-offs, deliver products at scale, and drive post-launch improvements. Presents product plans and business cases to executives.

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise and datacenter network infrastructure; manage LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN and security environments; configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers; implement scalable cloud/hyperscale network architectures; drive network automation; monitor performance and security; collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams; mentor staff and contribute to architecture, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.

Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent hardware development projects end-to-end, managing schedules, risks, cross-functional alignment, resource constraints, and executive reporting to ensure timely delivery from architecture through production.

Design, build, automate, and operate scalable hybrid infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud (AWS/Azure). Manage virtualization, identity/access (Azure Entra ID), endpoint/MDM, backups, and networking. Implement IaC and automation, improve developer productivity, ensure reliability, security, and documentation, and collaborate with DevOps, R&D, Security, and IT teams.

Lead and grow a team of Solution Engineers and Architects to design, deploy, benchmark, and operate DriveNets AI/HPC infrastructure. Provide technical escalation, support pre-sales and POCs, drive performance benchmarking (NCCL/RCCL, RDMA, LLMs), funnel customer feedback into product, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Build partner relationships, create technical content, and ensure deployment and operational readiness.

Develop and optimize high-performance software for AI datacenter networking: implement NOS features, integrate smart NICs, build telemetry, design AI-optimized load balancing, debug datapath bottlenecks, and collaborate with QA on testing and validation.

Design, build, and operate DriveNets' internal engineering platform powering build, test, deployment, and security validation workflows. Implement and maintain production-grade Python and shell tooling, CI/CD at scale with GitHub Actions, hybrid cloud/on-prem execution (Kubernetes/EKS), DinD environments, self-hosted runners, DevSecOps controls, observability, cost optimization, and cross-team collaboration to improve engineering velocity and reliability.

Design and implement high-performance management-plane systems for large-scale distributed networking, focusing on databases, replication, transactions, telemetry, and APIs. Lead complex architecture and performance optimizations, mentor engineers, and deliver production-quality code and system designs.

Develop and maintain core infrastructure for a large-scale distributed networking system (high-availability, data management, security, telemetry). Write and debug C/C++ code, optimize for performance, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and deploy production LLM-powered security features and internal AI tools. Architect multi-agent systems, build observability and MLOps pipelines, fine-tune foundation models on network/security data, and champion model safety and responsible AI practices.

Own global S&OP and end-to-end hardware supply chain planning: translate forecasts into master plans, manage CM/ODM relationships and capacity, set inventory policies, lead NPI ramp planning, run demand-supply data platform and AI automation, and partner with Procurement and Finance on cost and risk mitigation.

Lead end-to-end finance systems and AI implementations for NetSuite and integrations. Translate accounting requirements into configurations, automate processes, build AI-enabled workflows and assistants, ensure controls and audit readiness, run testing/UAT, and drive adoption across Finance.

Develop and optimize high-performance GPU/NPU software stack components for distributed AI training and inference. Build memory management, runtimes, framework integrations (Triton, PyTorch, JAX), profile and optimize performance, collaborate across hardware, network, QA, and AI teams, and produce well-tested, documented code.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings under US GAAP; implement internal controls; oversee bookkeeping and foreign subsidiaries; handle AP, cash, banking, billing, VAT, payroll coordination, audits, and annual financial statements; support ad hoc accounting and finance projects.

Lead architecture and evolution of the DriveNets Automation Platform, defining automation frameworks for lifecycle management of Network Cloud at hyperscale. Bridge network infrastructure, NOS internals, Kubernetes-native microservices, OSS/BSS integration, telemetry, CI/CD, and AI-assisted operational automation while collaborating with engineering, SRE, product, and customers.

Lead end-to-end program and release management for large-scale networking and platform software across a global engineering organization. Translate strategy into multi-quarter roadmaps, govern release lifecycles, integrate AI-enabled tooling for forecasting and risk detection, align cross-functional stakeholders, and build a scalable Program & Release Management organization to ensure predictable, high-quality deliveries.

Lead power integrity activities for high-performance networking platforms: define and simulate board/package PDNs, set target impedance, run pre/post-layout simulations, optimize layouts and decoupling, perform lab validation and correlation, resolve PI issues during bring-up and production, and work with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable PDN performance.
