The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accounts, vendor payments, member contracts, cash matching, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. The role maintains accounting records and workpapers in accordance with GAAP, supports internal controls, responds to internal requests, and assists with billing contracts and ad hoc projects. It requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills, with ERP experience preferred.

Designs, models, administers, and audits sales commission and bonus programs using SAP Commissions. Partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and HRIS to ensure accurate payouts, regulatory compliance, strong documentation, and market competitiveness. Builds advanced Excel models, processes payout calculations, responds to participant inquiries, and communicates complex compensation rules to stakeholders.

Manage local search and reputation performance across more than 4,000 locations. Audit listings, analyze content and technical SEO, identify root causes, implement improvements, document best practices, develop reputation strategies, and establish SEO KPIs and reporting. Collaborate with brand marketing and development teams while managing multiple projects and translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.
