Build and maintain full-stack internal tools, web applications, backend services, APIs, automation, and cloud infrastructure supporting Honda engineering and QA teams. Work across AWS and Google Cloud Platform, integrate databases and source control systems, troubleshoot issues across the technology stack, automate workflows, and evaluate technologies that improve software development and testing productivity.

Manage product operations for connected vehicle products, including L2/L3 support triage, incident escalations, queue health, SLO tracking, localization, knowledge content, customer feedback, operational metrics, and process improvements. Coordinate Engineering, Product, Design, executives, vendors, and global stakeholders. Lead operational projects for launches and feature rollouts while improving customer support workflows and product experience. Occasional travel to Honda offices in Japan and the United States is required.

Supports talent acquisition and day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews and candidate communications, managing onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HRIS and recruiting records, responding to employee inquiries, supporting People & Culture programs, partnering cross-functionally, and improving HR processes and workflows.
