Manages product operations for connected vehicle products, including L2/L3 support triage, incident escalations, queue health, SLO tracking, stakeholder alignment, product documentation, localization, vendor coordination, product launches, process improvements, and Voice of Customer insights.

Manages internal control, risk management, legal administration, contract workflows, records retention, and cross-functional initiatives for U.S. operations and a Japanese parent company. Reviews policies and audit findings, coordinates compliance activities, prepares bilingual reports, administers agreements and renewals, and maintains records policies across Japan and the U.S. Requires business-level Japanese and English proficiency and experience in internal control, compliance, legal administration, or related work.

Lead a six-month transformation initiative establishing requirements governance, change-request management, end-to-end traceability, program intelligence, and decision-support systems. Partner across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and TPM/PMO to connect requirements, technical dependencies, implementation, validation, capacity, risk, schedule, and business outcomes. Build internal tools, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and integrations using approved program data from Jira, source control, validation systems, and release processes.
