Provide first-line, in-person/phone/email support for drivers: onboard accounts, manage rentals/returns, process documentation and cash, coordinate repairs, capture accident information, resolve issues, escalate trends, and drive high CSAT and retention.

Provide front-line customer support across in-person, phone, and email; complete driver onboarding and account management; process rentals and returns; coordinate vehicle service and accident intake; maintain accurate records; identify and escalate recurring issues; support upsells and daily branch operations to maximize satisfaction and retention.
