The 3PL Supervisor manages logistics operations between Driscoll's and third-party partners, ensuring performance, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, while engaging with various stakeholders across multiple sites.

Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to Technical Account Managers: manage technical databases and approvals, coordinate sampling and traceability, investigate complaints and quality issues, produce trend and performance reports, maintain customer portals and documentation, and support continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Lead a global team to design, build, operate, and continuously improve Driscoll’s enterprise network. Define strategy, ensure secure and reliable connectivity, drive capacity planning, automation, monitoring, resiliency, and vendor management. Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and Service Desk, sponsor infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, and evaluate emerging technologies to support global operations.
