Supervise and develop the QA team while conducting practical quality assurance across the fresh produce supply chain. Monitor grower, harvest, intake, packing, labeling, and customer quality standards; identify non-conformances; review quality data; support corrective actions; coordinate staffing and QA coverage; and collaborate with production, procurement, sales, growers, and operations. The role also supports food safety, legality, authenticity, hygiene, health and safety, and continuous improvement.

Manage technical and quality relationships with UK retail customers for fresh berries. Responsibilities include retailer audits, product quality monitoring, food safety and compliance, complaint resolution, corrective actions, grower and packhouse support, technical documentation, product development, sustainability initiatives, and performance reporting. The role requires collaboration across customers, growers, suppliers, and internal teams, with travel throughout the UK and occasional international travel.

Provide technical agronomic support to berry growers across Iberia. Responsibilities include advising on crop production, plant nutrition, substrate management, pest management, field performance, innovative growing techniques and new varieties. Lead improvement projects, troubleshoot production challenges, document results, deliver grower training, develop best-practice guides, and collaborate with research, production and nursery teams to improve yield, quality, efficiency and sustainability.
