Designs, coordinates, and delivers non-clinical onboarding and ongoing education for staff, students, and observers. Manages scheduling, training materials, archival systems, affiliation agreements, and instructor coordination. Teaches non-clinical content, supports new-hire integration, ensures regulatory and safety requirements (HIPAA, NPSG) are included, and measures participant satisfaction and knowledge transfer.

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients, planning and delivering effective care within their scope of practice in a service line or department.

Provide direct outpatient nursing care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate referrals and follow-up; administer medications and treatments; perform triage and patient education; support quality improvement, mentoring, and may float between clinics or shifts.
