The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care to patients, planning and delivering effective care within their scope of practice in a service line or department.

Performs medical coding audits, reviews and researches claims appeals, coordinates reconsideration with third-party administrator, investigates Coordination of Benefits, liaises with providers, and reports potential fraud to Compliance. Maintains confidentiality and adheres to hospital policies.

Coordinate tracking, reconciliation, and appropriate use of donations, grants, and restricted funds. Maintain donor and financial records in Raiser's Edge and the hospital accounting system, produce reports, assist departments with expenditures and vouchers, and lead gift-monitoring processes and related projects.
