Leads major-gift fundraising for a children's hospital by managing 80–100 donor prospects, securing gifts of $100,000 or more, developing fundraising strategies, cultivating stakeholder relationships, overseeing donor stewardship, tracking performance, collaborating on outreach materials, maintaining donor records, and supporting assigned staff. Requires occasional travel and evening or weekend work for donor meetings and events.

Prepares patient meals, therapeutic foods, nourishment items, and trays according to individual menus. Delivers meal carts and special trays to patient floors, maintains nourishment inventory, replenishes food and beverages, removes outdated items, and performs scheduled cleaning. Follows hospital, dietary, food preparation, confidentiality, and safety procedures while attending required department training.

Provides bilingual telephone support to healthcare plan members and providers regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, authorizations, complaints, pharmacy, transportation, and other managed-care issues. Researches complex cases across multiple systems, documents interactions, resolves issues, escalates when necessary, and coordinates with internal departments and providers. Requires empathetic communication, HIPAA compliance, accurate multitasking, problem solving, and familiarity with healthcare insurance processes.
