Lead and oversee all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, G/L, month-end close, financial statement preparation, budgeting, inventory and fixed-asset analysis. Audit and supervise accounting staff, ensure GAAP and internal controls, liaise with auditors (including 401K audits), manage customer collections and contract validity, and deliver regular financial analysis to management.

The Outside Sales Account Executive will develop existing accounts and secure new business, build customer relationships, collaborate with teams, and meet sales goals.

The Electric Motor Coil Winder prepares and strips windings for electric motors, conducts inspections, and may manufacture coils and perform electrical tests. Entry-level technicians will be trained in these processes, while experienced technicians will conduct more complex tasks such as inspection, testing, and electrical connections.
