Ensure stable operations, expand talent-management capabilities, identify AI-driven improvements, gather requirements, plan implementations, support cross-functional IT projects, and coordinate external service providers.

Lead strategic BIM implementation and model-based project delivery across phases. Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans, perform quality and compliance checks, coordinate external planners, align digital processes with project management, and deliver BIM tool training to project teams.

Lead client advisory and project management for real estate/construction projects: advise from strategy to delivery, manage procurement, contracts, design coordination, commercial control, risk, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
