Develops and maintains Board-based finance and controlling applications, including data models, cubes, procedures, screens, SQL queries, and data integrations. Tests solutions, ensures data quality and performance, documents technical work, and collaborates with the Product Owner on feasibility and estimates. The role also involves continuously improving applications and may use Power BI, Azure, Python, and agile Scrum practices.

Manage and continuously improve the enterprise IT Change Enablement process. Responsibilities include reviewing change records, assessing risks, coordinating CAB meetings, maintaining the change calendar, managing standard, normal, and emergency changes, conducting post-implementation reviews, analyzing metrics, supporting ISO 27001 and audit compliance, and collaborating with IT operations, service owners, security, and other ITSM teams.

Provides advanced Level 2/3 endpoint support and manages Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. Designs secure endpoint architectures, configures device and compliance policies, oversees software packaging and deployment, troubleshoots complex incidents, and coordinates remediation and device lifecycle activities. The role also leads endpoint projects, manages vendors, supports security and compliance governance, maintains documentation, and advises stakeholders across global IT teams.
