Support global IT procurement by maintaining budget and order overviews, processing purchase orders, coordinating hardware delivery for construction sites, managing domains, handling EU delivery confirmations, and routing invoices to accounting while planning requirements with internal and international stakeholders.

Lead client advisory and project execution for construction and real estate projects: advise on strategy, procurement and contracts, manage design and delivery, control finances and risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure quality, H&S, and compliance with ABR18.

Provide first-line IT support via ticketing, email, phone, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and business application issues; log and manage incidents; administer user accounts and access; manage onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning; coordinate procurement and inventory; support system upgrades, migrations, vendor solutions, and ensure security, compliance, and documentation across multiple locations.
