Lead delivery of a major urban real estate or infrastructure project: manage interdisciplinary teams, quality, schedule, budget, risk and reporting; engage stakeholders and clients; drive project controls, identify business opportunities and support proposals to contract award.

Design, develop, deploy, and operate AI solutions (RAG, agents, LLM integrations) across front-end and back-end components. Collaborate with stakeholders, document and support adoption, evaluate models, and contribute to the AI platform and best practices.

Provide first-line IT support via ticketing, email, phone, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and business application issues; log and manage incidents; administer user accounts and access; manage onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning; coordinate procurement and inventory; support system upgrades, migrations, vendor solutions, and ensure security, compliance, and documentation across multiple locations.
