Provides part-time coverage for a homebuilder’s model home by greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and completing administrative tasks. Supports the Sales Representative and delivers a friendly, organized customer experience. The role requires basic computer, Microsoft Office, administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma is required; previous sales and customer service experience are preferred.

Provides part-time coverage at a model home by greeting visitors, answering phones, setting appointments, assisting the Sales Representative, and completing administrative and clerical duties. The role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, computer, and Microsoft Office skills. It is an entry-level position with weekday and occasional weekend coverage.

Provides administrative support for the Elevate Division by processing contracts, permits, closing documents, invoices, and production orders. Coordinates with municipalities, vendors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders; tracks permits, construction loan draws, commissions, inventory, and closing information. Supports forecasting, reporting, marketing materials, meetings, training, and General Manager tasks while maintaining accurate files and ensuring timely closings.
