Design contemporary sleepwear collections by researching trends, developing color palettes, prints, flat sketches, CADs, and product concepts. Present ideas, attend fittings and reviews, create technical and production packages, approve strike-offs, and collaborate with sales, product development, graphics, and overseas factories. Track timelines, coordinate production execution, delegate work, and potentially manage a direct report.

Supports sleepwear product development from concept through production by coordinating with design teams, overseas factories, and production offices. Responsibilities include tracking samples, fabrics, trims, approvals, purchase orders, testing, production milestones, and deliveries; maintaining product information and development calendars; reviewing incoming samples; organizing materials; and escalating timing or quality issues. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, follow-through, and interest in apparel product development.

Leads the creative vision and seasonal development of Cosabella sleepwear while mentoring the Hanky Panky design team. Establishes trends, colors, fabrics, styling, and brand direction; coordinates product development, sampling, fittings, sourcing, and production with cross-functional and international partners. Reviews design quality, presents collections, analyzes sales performance, and develops designers while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on apparel design execution.

Supports seasonal color research, palette and color-story development, mood boards, trend boards, presentations, color matching, and brand-standard execution. Maintains physical and digital color resources, including Pantone and Coloro standards, while assisting with CAD updates, technical flats, and colorway development. Collaborates with designers and cross-functional teams to organize projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines across multiple fashion brands.

Supports the creative development and launch of Cosabella sleepwear by researching trends, colors, prints, and silhouettes; preparing technical and production packages; managing artwork, samples, trims, and color standards; coordinating with overseas factories; attending fittings and reviews; and overseeing assistant designer tasks. The role also contributes to presentations, seasonal line development, production timelines, and day-to-day design organization.
