Leads sales and marketing for a select-service hotel, driving occupancy, revenue, account growth, and profitability. Oversees group, transient, catering, and event sales; develops budgets, forecasts, marketing programs, and client relationships; negotiates contracts; conducts outside sales; monitors market trends and account performance; and supervises, trains, and develops the hotel sales and catering teams. Requires weekly travel and collaboration across hotel departments.

Leads the engineering department, oversees technical operations, and ensures successful project execution, quality, compliance, and budget performance. Develops engineering strategies and standards, manages systems and infrastructure, monitors emerging technologies, and provides technical guidance and mentorship. Collaborates across teams, manages resources and procurement, and ensures adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee hotel sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and profitability. Manage group, transient, catering, and event sales; develop budgets, forecasts, marketing programs, and client relationships; negotiate contracts; track account performance; supervise, train, and develop the sales and catering teams; and maintain community and industry partnerships. Weekly travel is required.
