The Sales Manager drives catering and banquet revenue by prospecting for new accounts, managing client relationships, conducting sales tours and solicitation calls, monitoring market trends, and achieving assigned sales goals. The role supports hotel revenue and market-share objectives, collaborates with the Director of Sales, participates in promotions and meetings, and maintains relationships with guests, corporate clients, and local organizations.

Lead regional hotel sales teams across multiple properties, develop sales strategies, grow revenue, manage key client relationships, analyze markets and competitors, monitor performance, collaborate with revenue management and marketing, and coach sales leaders. The role requires frequent travel between hotels and markets, attendance at industry events, and onsite work at the McKinney headquarters.

Cleans and maintains hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing linens and toiletries, reporting maintenance or safety issues, responding to guest requests, and following hotel cleanliness, security, and privacy standards. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
