Coordinates bookings for artists and production properties, including buyer research, outreach, inquiries, holds, proposals, contracts, presenter communication, records, invoicing, and payment follow-up. Supports approved sales conversations and gradually assumes opportunity qualification, pitches, and negotiations. Works with Booking, Operations, and production teams to move engagements from initial interest through confirmation and delivery.

Create polished pitch decks, visual assets, video edits, website updates, and digital workflows for a creative studio. Organize files and sources, implement feedback, prepare media exports, troubleshoot software, document processes, and help build internal systems and automations. This part-time junior role requires strong aesthetic judgment, technical resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver organized editable work.

Build, maintain, and improve responsive brand websites using Webflow or Wix Studio, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Translate approved designs into reusable components and manageable CMS structures, test accessibility, performance, forms, integrations, and user journeys, and resolve defects. Manage milestones, coordinate reviews and launches, document implementations, and support ongoing site maintenance and handoff.
