As a Backend Engineer, you'll design scalable systems for live sports video streaming. Responsibilities include improving software reliability, developing APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead design, balancing, and long-term health of core gameplay, progression, economy, and LiveOps. Prototype and iterate on mechanics, create GDDs and specs, use telemetry and A/B testing to optimize features, collaborate cross-functionally, own features end-to-end, and mentor junior designers.

Conceptualize and execute digital sales strategies, manage advertiser relationships, track sales metrics, and drive revenue growth in ad sales.
