Generate leads, welcome prospective homebuyers, showcase model homes and communities, guide buyers through contracts and closing, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a real estate license where applicable, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and customer-facing ability. Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Generates leads through website content, responds to phone and internet inquiries, follows up with prospects, converts leads into appointments, and supports sales conversions. Builds realtor relationships, promotes residential communities, assists with marketing and advertising programs, schedules prospect appointments, and meets monthly lead-to-appointment conversion goals. The role also provides administrative support and requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills.
