Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Supports post-closing title operations by reviewing executed documents, verifying legal descriptions, preparing and coordinating recordings, processing payments and invoices, issuing title policies and endorsements, monitoring outstanding requirements, resolving title matters, and managing the post-closing inbox. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SoftPro experience is advantageous.

Generate leads, welcome prospective homebuyers, showcase model homes and communities, guide customers through contracts and closing, and provide an exceptional experience throughout the home-buying process. The role requires a real estate license, valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and customer-facing ability.
