Owns the end-to-end design, development, operation, and evolution of internal platforms supporting CTI products. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes, cloud and on-prem environments, CI/CD, Terraform infrastructure, security controls, observability, and scalable infrastructure for AI/ML systems. The role requires strong Python and Bash skills, AWS and Kubernetes expertise, architectural judgment, and experience building high-scale production systems.

Lead Dream’s motion and video presence from concept through delivery, creating executive interviews, customer films, explainers, social content, and event visuals. Define the brand’s motion language, develop treatments and storyboards, direct production partners, and maintain creative quality. Support high-stakes presentations, briefing materials, web, social, and event assets while collaborating with marketing, product, communications, and brand design teams.

Own application security across the software development lifecycle, including threat modeling, secure design and code reviews, application and API testing, production hardening, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD controls. Strengthen cloud and platform security through identity guardrails, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes controls, policy automation, and secure-by-default practices. Define security metrics, support security programs, train engineering teams, and communicate remediation guidance to technical and leadership stakeholders.
