Lead BIM and VDC strategy across industrial engineering, design, fabrication, and construction projects. Develop BIM standards and execution plans, administer collaborative platforms, coordinate multidisciplinary models, manage clash detection and quality control, and ensure compliant project deliverables. Train and mentor teams, support data exchange with clients and contractors, and use scripting and automation to improve workflows. The role focuses on Revit, Plant 3D, Advance Steel, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related BIM technologies.

Develops and manages resource-loaded schedules for complex EPCM projects using Primavera P6. Responsibilities include integrating engineering, procurement, and construction activities; analyzing critical paths, risks, delays, and earned value metrics; supporting change orders and claims; producing progress reports; coordinating stakeholders; monitoring procurement timelines; and establishing department-wide scheduling standards and procedures.

Leads electrical engineering efforts across multiple industrial and large capital projects. Manages schedules, personnel, electrical deliverables, site visits, power systems analysis, commissioning, testing, and technical issue resolution. Ensures compliance with engineering standards, codes, specifications, quality, schedule, and cost objectives while mentoring junior staff.
