Responsible for overseeing the execution of the full lifecycle of medium to large projects, managing customer contacts, and ensuring performance targets are met.

Lead technical and programmatic execution for undersea warfare programs, managing capture, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, reviews, and reporting. Provide USW subject-matter expertise, mentor staff, coordinate suppliers, support contract negotiations, and ensure quality and compliance across program lifecycles.
