The Principal Embedded Software Engineer develops high-performance embedded software solutions, evaluates requirements, designs algorithms, mentors teams, and ensures compliance with engineering standards.

Designs, develops, validates, and maintains system-level and real-time simulations and HIL infrastructure for aerospace systems. Architects simulation architectures, integrates hardware interfaces and legacy models, develops software frameworks, automates test plans, integrates 3D visualization, and may lead small teams while serving as a simulation subject-matter expert.

Manage end-to-end execution of production programs to meet cost, schedule, and technical targets. Lead cross-functional teams, customer relationships, EVMS-based planning, contract negotiations, quality assurance, risk management, and business development for production and sustainment programs.
