Supports and improves manufacturing operations through industrial engineering, analytics, simulation, capacity modeling, production ramp planning, facility layout, and line design. The role identifies bottlenecks, optimizes workflows and resource allocation, develops production performance tools, and drives continuous improvement. It also mentors junior engineers, collaborates across production and facilities teams, and supports new production line launches while maintaining quality, cost, schedule, and throughput objectives.

Assembles electronics and semiconductor hardware in a cleanroom or laboratory environment. Performs hand soldering, wire bonding, cable harnessing, equipment operation, cleaning, maintenance, calibration, and documentation. Works with engineers to build advanced hardware, operates manual and automated equipment, and completes focused training for progression into higher-skilled roles. Requires a two-year technical education or two years of applicable experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Develops full-stack web and software solutions for mission-oriented defense, AI, cybersecurity, and battlefield-awareness projects. Responsibilities include algorithm design, requirements analysis, software testing, deployment, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, risk identification, and solving complex problems in an Agile environment. The role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
