Leads requirements engineering and model-based systems engineering for national security programs. Derives, validates, traces, and assesses system requirements; develops SysML models, digital threads, and service-oriented solutions; automates analysis with Python; manages technical risks and project deliverables; and leads, mentors, and supports small engineering teams. The role also contributes to technical planning, customer alignment, process improvement, and business development.

Develops and maintains Python and Java software infrastructure supporting data and analytics pipelines. Builds containerized applications with Docker and Podman, automates testing and deployments through CI/CD tools, integrates services into broader architectures, troubleshoots runtime issues, and documents technical work. Collaborates with systems, machine learning, data science, and external teams while identifying risks, improving processes, and supporting national security programs.

Supports requirements engineering for national security programs by gathering, translating, analyzing, and documenting system requirements. Assists with traceability, MBSE and SysML modeling, trade studies, system engineering lifecycle activities, technical assessments, and cross-domain data workflows. Writes basic Python automation scripts, contributes to technical reports, follows quality processes, and collaborates with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
