Manage month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting for crypto-native portfolio companies. Candidates should have CPA certification, combined public accounting and in-house experience, digital asset accounting expertise, and experience in high-growth or startup environments. Dragonfly will confidentially match applicants with suitable portfolio companies rather than hire directly for an internal Dragonfly role.

Own the model portfolio for a large-scale consumer AI platform, treating models as product lines. Define model tiering, launch processes, configuration standards, SLAs, deprecation policies, and reliability practices. Track provider changes, pricing, releases, inference metrics, evaluations, usage, and customer feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, API, BI, Product, and Marketing to make strategic decisions and deliver them.

Founding Security Engineers will build and operate security infrastructure across cloud, network, application, and production environments. Responsibilities may include PKI, IAM, secrets and key management, secure network architecture, API security, monitoring, incident response, penetration testing, audits, and compliance. The roles require end-to-end ownership, close collaboration with engineering teams, and the ability to establish security programs in early-stage crypto, fintech, or infrastructure companies.
